USSEC seeks to collaborate with quality control experts with experience evaluating raw ingredient nutritional quality by origin and utilizing data analytics to produce insights useful to feed producers. Selected contractors will be working also in collaboration with a software company with experience in feed ingredient characterization and quality control technology to demonstrate the results and value quality control brings to animal feed manufacturers.

Communication with the target audience in the form of seminars on quality control to understand specific customer interests will be pivotal to the success of this project. The selected contractor will help USSEC to teach the target audience how to do the analyses and evaluations in their operations and may be tasked with organizing future seminars with identified industry partners to globalize this quality control initiative. Year one of the project will be focused on Türkiye while target geographies of year 2 are to be determined.
